Every height from finished floor level, and an elevation of each wet wall, so the framer, plumber, electrician and tiler work to one drawing.
Briefs for every trade
Waterproofer, tiler, plumber, electrician and painter, ready to send for quotes, so the quotes come back comparable.
Your quotes, checked
Send up to three quotes per trade. We line each one up against the brief and tell you what is missing or different.
Three stage checks
Photos before framing closes, before linings and before tiling. We look for the things that cost money once they are buried.
How it works
What it isn't
- It isn't a building contract. We don't do the work or run the site; your trades quote and build.
- Your trades need the right licences and insurance for your state, and your certifier has the final say on anything that needs approval.
- Prices in the pack are each supplier's published retail on the day. Your trades' quotes are theirs.
