French door
Two doors over a freezer drawer, 80 to 90 cm wide: the popular family fridge. The doors need room to open past 90 degrees to pull the crispers out, so do not put it hard against a wall.
The fridge is the appliance that most often does not fit. Choose it before the joiner draws the cavity, and leave the air gaps the maker asks for.

A fridge built to sit behind joinery doors, so the kitchen has no fridge face. Often a separate fridge and freezer side by side. Costs more and needs an exact cavity with a ventilation path.
Freezer drawer below, fridge at eye height. Narrower, often 60 to 70 cm. Good value.
A matching upright fridge and upright freezer side by side: lots of space, and if one fails the other keeps going.
Before you buy: Measure the cavity to the underside of any bulkhead, then subtract the gaps in the install guide (usually some at the top, sides and back). Ice and water dispensers need a water point behind the fridge, roughed in by the plumber.
